Client seeks a highly skilled IT Trainer and Content Developer to support ongoing needs of our department, as well as enterprise-wide system-based projects and initiatives.
The primary focus includes creating system and associated process-based content for all levels of the organization. It also includes facilitating training sessions that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee understanding and engagement.
The work requires expertise in creating graphics, videos, training curriculum, communications, process flows, documentation, and other related materials. This position also requires the ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and system-based steps in order to effectively create content and other educational materials in a clear format according to user role(s). Further, consultants will partner with the Change Manager, Change Management staff and other business partners to develop and facilitate trainings.
