JOB TITLE: Systems Analyst
DESIRED SKILLS:
• At least 5 to 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst on large and complex projects • Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance, advanced degree preferred. • Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong background of organizational skills and attention to details. • Ability to work in an agile, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner • Self-starter with great analytical, qualitative, quantitative and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decision. • Experienced and well versed with all phases of the software development life cycle • Must be skilled in reviewing user stories, business and system requirements to clearly differentiate functional vs non-functional requirements. • High level of competence with BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation), MS Office, including advance Excel skills • Telecom experience a huge plus • Knowledge of marketing issues and prior experience with CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) and SAC (Significant Account Change) process is highly desirable.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum 4 year BS degree. Masters degree desired.
Certification in Agile methodology Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite
