Denison Landscaping has an immediate need for a professional multitasking, flexible "Commercial Project Manager" in the Washington, D.C. mid-Atlantic region.
The Project Manager will provide leadership to the project staff to ensure a quality, timely, and profitable completion of a project. Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include but will not be limited to pre-plans all jobs with detailed schedule of all phases of the project. Reviews estimates and assists in closing work. This would include production rate evaluation and meeting with clients to provide "Production Expertise" to close the deal. Manage tools, equipment, and all capital assets. You will hold employees accountable for goals and controls while ensuring your division is operating safely and efficiently at all times.
Incumbent will manage and develop employees while also completing performance reviews on team members while keeping focus on the vision and direction of the division while staying in alignment with the company's core values by leading by example to create mutual respect between the employees, customers and the community.
A 4 year college degree or equivalent experience is required with 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry, landscape construction highly preferred. This is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits plan. Clean driving record and extensive knowledge of plant material and installation methods are a must. Spanish skills a plus but not a requirement.
