Denison Landscaping, Inc. is a family owned business that has been in operation for more than 44 years. We have locations in Maryland, Delmar, Delaware and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We have an opening for a qualified candidate within our Enhancements Division located in Waldorf, Md. in the role of Project Manager.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to all aspects of landscape design and project management. The job begins when an estimate request is received, then scheduling and meeting with the client to discuss the desired project, needs and expectations. You will perform site evaluations, job set up and quality control while assisting with daily operations,(material procurement, work tickets, work schedules), etc. In addition you will assist in irrigation service requests, model conversion(irrigation), assist in coordinating project service requests.
Involvement in daily crew disbursement, safety responsibilities and ability to communicate with the shop regarding vehicle and equipment issues.
The qualified applicant must be organized and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
