Project/Office Manager for Commercial Electrician

Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Benefits available after 90 days

A project manager overseas different construction projects for the business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients. Also helps with daily Office duties such as answering phones, answering emails, etc.

Qualifications

High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations strongly preferred

2+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general or sub-contractor preferred

Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously preferred

Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results

Must demonstrate a strong ability to:

o Carry oneself as a leader and knowledge holder of the project while facilitating the decision-making process

o Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for our industry

o Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with a strong ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
