We have available positions in the Tri-county area to include Charles County, St Mary's County, and PG County.
$100 Sign-on bonus (Must be with organization 90 days)
Job Description:
Assist with activities of daily to include:
-Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other personal care requirements
-Medication reminders and/or administration
-Companionship care and providing emotional support by listening and providing appropriate responses
-Full transfers/ambulation assistance
-Light housekeeping
-Meal preparation
-Accompanies client(s) to appointments
-Step by Step In Home Care LLC reserves the right to reassign or change duties as necessary
Requirements:
-Must have patience and compassion for those we serve
-Must have current CPR and First Aid Certifications
-Must possess the minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Must be dedicated, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of clients
-Must be able to successfully pass a background screening, TB screening and Physical
-Must have a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation
-Must possess at least 2 years of care-giving experience and/or be a Maryland Board Certified CNA, GNA, or CMT
