Mars Restoration is looking for a Field Sales Professional, with at least 1-2 years of sales experience or more. We're looking for a genuinely friendly people person who knows how to observe, listen, solve problems, and build good relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be independent, honest, hard-working, detail-oriented, curious, and have a proven sales record.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Top class customer service.
- Assisting customers and clients with sale,appointments and questions about service
- Proven sales techniques.
- Accounting for inventory in POS and online systems.
- Processing credit card transactions and handling cash accurately and efficiently.
- Reporting sales receipts and customer interactions at the end of each day.
- Keeping the shop and merchandise clean, organized, and presentable.
- Learning new inventory and products.
- Assisting with social media and website content creation, descriptions and photos.
- Processing orders.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years or more of Direct marketing or sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in construction field is a plus.
- Strong outgoing personality
- Good communication and speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently. Must be self-motivated and bring new ideas to the table.
- Organized and very detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask.
- Candidate must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
- Merchandising skills are a plus.
- This is a full-time position, starting immediately
