Looking for administrative assistant for a small business located in Mechanicsville, MD. This will be for PT work only and approximately 20-25 hours per week (Monday-Friday only).
Responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Help with processing work orders (not immediately)
Ordering parts
Pulling parts for work orders
Confirming appointments with customers
This would be perfect for a college student!
Hourly pay based on experience.
