We are hiring Part-Time Receptionists to greet customers, answer a multi-line telephone system, and perform clerical duties. Applicants must have excellent telephone manners, customer service skills, and a professional, well-groomed appearance. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, positive, professional team environment with opportunities for advancement. Our part-time position is for Saturday-Monday.

Responsibilities - Receptionist:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
Screen and incoming forward calls to the appropriate area
Take and relay accurate messages
Perform general clerical duties to support the operation of daily business
Perform other duties as requested
Requirements - Receptionist:
Receptionist experience is required
Excellent telephone manners, customer service, and communication skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Dependable with a positive attitude and good work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
