Visiting Angels of Southern Maryland, a 24/7 In-Home Care Agency, located in Waldorf, MD, is looking to hire a full time Receptionist/Admin. Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for an energetic, positive, trustworthy, reliable, and diversely skilled, go-to person, comfortable working in a small office environment. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team, who is proactive and interested in growing with our company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and relay daily phone calls
Scan all documents received daily
Keep an organized filing system, both electronic and hard copy
Complete same day business
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Arrive to work on time
Alternating weeks on-call
Required Skills:
2+ years experience
Excellent phone demeanor Bright and personable, Customer service is a MUST.
Eager and able to anticipate needs of the office and plan ahead accordingly.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Team player, skilled to interact with diverse personalities.
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently.
CNA or 3 years Caregiver experience is a plus
Car is a MUST
