Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check, take quality photos, accurately measure homes, reliable transportation, and High-speed internet. Experience is preferred but not required.
Tools:
Camera with a minimum of a 20X zoom/GPS capable (a smart phone with GPS Location), Camera pole, 12-inch measuring wheel, Safety vest, windows computer, and printer.
Pay:
Ranging from $9.00 - $15.00 per inspection, Approximately 10% of volume up to $31.00 per inspection. Pay dates usually falling on the 1st and 15th of each month depending on weekends and holidays. Direct Deposit Required.
Hours:
You make your own schedule. Part-time to full-time work is available based on area. The average workload in this area is 125 inspections per month.
Coverage Area:
Charles County, Saint Mary's County, Calvert Counties and surrounding areas as needed. Travel work is available upon request.
