Abby Wholesale has an immediate opening for a âProduct Selection/Inside Sales Representativeâ at their Waldorf location.
This individual must be well organized with excellent time management and computer skills. Duties will be as outlined below but not limited to:
⢠Managing of all Denison Landscaping Orders to ensure accuracy
⢠Inspection of all plant material for quality and quantity on every order
⢠Maintain Communication on Denison orders with the Project Managers
⢠Tagging of all plant material for orders as needed
⢠Labeling of all plant material on orders as required by company standards or customer request
⢠Inspection of every order as it is being loaded to ensure proper procedure is followed
⢠Inspection of all material to be sure it is sufficiently watered before loading
⢠Inspection of final load before leaving the nursery to ensure tie downs and tarps are enough
⢠Provide pictures of plant material to customers upon request
⢠Periodically perform quality checks
⢠Periodically confirm inventory levels
⢠Provide Customer Quotes
⢠Assist in setting up trucking
⢠All other duties as assigned
Must have a minimum of 2 yearsâ experience working in the Green Industry with a working knowledge of plants and landscaping. Prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, well organized and time management skills along with the ability to work with others.
