Job Function: Reporting to the Director of IT Services, the Sr. Systems Developer - Artiva Healthcare will function as a working developer/programmer position for Artiva Healthcare software responsible for creating functionality/process improvements, designing and introducing standardization of Client ELT processes, and ongoing support requirements for the Artiva Healthcare system. Role will ensure that development life cycle activities are consistent with approved standards and generally accepted best practices.Â
Duties and Responsibilities:Â
Design full range technical solutions for interfaces between various system and Artiva HealthcareÂ
Develop life cycle documentation
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and analysisÂ
Apply programming approaches and resolve issuesÂ
Develop a workable knowledge, understanding and compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations associated with assigned role and overall business Develop knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Alltran policiesÂ
Implement Continuous Improvement (CI) processes providing feedback to management concerning possible problemsÂ
Works to maintain a high level of client satisfaction with IT Services by establishes and maintains long-term relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations Interprets applicable regulations and establishes filing and auditing procedures to ensure records and files are accurate and in compliance.Â
Assists in planning and implementation of systems related projectsÂ
Executes application unit testing plans. Documents and resolves resulting defects.Â
Creates test plansÂ
Coordinates system and user acceptance testing (as appropriateÂ
Assists in analyzing and executing change requests and enhancements.Â
May acts as a liaison between Artiva Product Development team and Alltran business users.Â
Devises technical solutions to promote business activities.Â
Understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle is a plusÂ
Minimum Requirements:Â
Associates degree Required, Bachelor's degree preferredÂ
MUST have a solid recent work historyÂ
2+ years of experience working with Artiva Healthcare - Ontario Systems Applications REQUIREDÂ
