As Northrop Realty’s Commissions Coordinator, you leverage your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to coordinate the calculation and disbursement of commissions payments to Northrop Realty agents and maintain reports used to track commissions activity. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Ensures accuracy and timeliness of commissions payments to Agents and to Northrop Realty.Reviews Agent Invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy ahead of settlement.Processes Agent and Northrop Realty commissions disbursements through L&F System.Follows up with L&F on commissions items as needed on behalf of Agents and Northrop Realty.Maintains tracking schedules used for internal and external reporting on Agent and Brokerage performance including comparison to prior periods.Lives the Northrop values.Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
