Position Overview:
Within the Hand Tools, Accessories, andStorage(HTAS)divisionofStanley Black & Deckerwe are currently looking for a Product Managertojoin ourAutomotive Solutions, Construction Solutions or Industrial Solutions Division.In thisrole, you will have the opportunity to support theProduct Management teamin the creation and maintenance of major product lines in multiple commercial,constructionand industrialchannels.
At Stanley Black & Decker, our Product Managers are critical leaders and own the management, development, and alignment of the product portfolio across all functions of the organization. Primarily responsible for bringing the Voice of the Consumer to drive development and productivity of the product line, this role manages inside and outside the organization to leverage relationships, influence partners, and balance outcomes to optimize the performance of the product line and deliver value to the customer and consumer. A leader in this role innovates bravely, is focused on solutions, is welcoming of challenges, can influence without authority, and develops an understanding and passion for the product line that can be conveyed simply and directly. This role requires aleader that cansimplify the message and the data, can spot the trend, thinks strategically and holistically about the right move to make, and actively pursues opportunities to improve the product line, the process, and the teams with which this role works.
