JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:Responsible for screening employees, patients, and visitors for COVID-19 through CDC-recommended screening questions and temperature checks. Must demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate screening questions and apply critical thinking/decision-making skills to determine if an employee is able to report to work or should be sent home and/or whether a patient/visitor may proceed to their destination within the hospital. Greets patient and visitors, directing them to their treatment locations. Responds to inquiries regarding patients’ room location and phone number.
