Job Description

Integres, LLC, a SDVOSB, is looking for a Business/Functional Analyst to work remotely for the Department of Veteran Affairs. This full-time position will work in the analysis of IT business and information environments, activities, and events, and define business processes, business requirements, conduct “as-is” and “to-be” business process reviews, process maturity assessments, and Gap Analysis. You will analyze requirements for the agile, scrum team developers to implement and then assist in the testing of the software to ensure the requirements have been met.

The successful candidate will be able to work with customers, users, and project leads in analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting IT business applications and systems. They will understand information flows and process architecture necessary for implementation of information technology business solutions and have a strong business, functional, and technical knowledge of computer systems. They will have experience working with business processing models, process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline

· Five (5) years of relevant experience

· Business Process Engineer in IT related industry

· Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies/Scrum

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and front-office COTS products

· PowerPoint, VISIO and other presentation tools

· Working knowledge of Human Centered Design and User Experience

· Demonstrated ability to analyze the business process, Jira software

· Ability to obtain Security Clearance

· Experience with DOVA or other Federal Government agency

· VA Health Registry experience

· VA Vista

· Rational Tool Set (Team Concert), etc. and Cloud Applications

· Human Centered Design Development

· Preference will be given to those individuals whose primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map#)
