Job Description

• File disbursement - ensuring the check or wire isin the correct amount to the correct person and place.
• Preparing loan packages to lender
• Recording packages
• Provides informed and accurate responses to questions from clients and sales associates regarding post closing issues.
• Monitoring water, repair, post settlement occupancy escrow releases

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the post closing process.

Ability to interact with co-workers and clients in a professional manner.

Exceptional organization, attention to detail,time management and follow-up skills.

The ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under time constraints and being reliable.

Experience with Title Express (TSS), Qualiaand Green Folders preferred.

Prior experience at a title company.

Additional Information

This position is based in our office in Bethesda, MD. The hours of the position are 9:00 - 5:30 PM. Please only prinicals, no staffing or recruiting agencies.
