Property Management Company, a dynamic premier Multi Housing Management Company is an established leader in the national management of several housing apartment communities corporately based in Annapolis, MD.
Is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician for Multi Family Housing, consisting of 2 properties located Western Maryland.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks: Installing equipment and maintaining all rental units, property, and facilities; Performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, troubleshooting, etc. skills as required; Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs; Ensuring that work order response time and service levels are to highest standards.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for working directly and efficiently with the Property Manager/Regional Property Manager to prioritize and schedule work orders.
Prior experience in the housing industry is preferred. Exceptional people skills and providing an excellent level of customer service is required while conducting business with tenants and vendors in person, on the phone, and via e-mail. Education Experience with housing asset and must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. EOE, Drug Free Workplace. Valid drivers license and dependable transportation required.
