Cornerstone Building and Restoration is hiring Marketers to join our team in Potomac, North Potomac, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Falls Church, Reston, Chantilly, Ashburn, Sterling, Fairfax, Leesburg, and surrounding areas.
The Marketers will work directly in storm-damaged neighborhoods knocking doors and obtaining leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for setting inspection appointments. It's very simple and straightforward. This is a commission-based job where the sky is the limit. The more drive you have the more money you make. It's really up to you!
How much can I make?
You can make $200-$300 a day with the right type of leads. That's just the start. Your success in this business is entirely based upon your attitude, energy and determination. It's part-time work, just 20 hours a week. So this is great for those desiring extra income. After training as a Marketer if you decide to further develop your sales skills and work as a Professional Sales Rep, you could easily make over $100,000 a year! Over 3/4 of our Sales reps are making 6 figures right now! We are a flourishing construction company in Maryland and Northern VA and you can grow with us. When can I work?
During Mon-Fri afternoons from 4-8 pm and one weekend afternoon, choose your pick (Saturday or Sunday). You will need to dedicate 12 hours a week minimum to be considered for this position. Also there could be a small commute sometimes about 30 minutes or so. One thing that's great about this job is the freedom you have because of the power to set your own hours AND your own pay which only increases with your output. And we will work with your schedule and your location preferences.
