Our client, a commercial property management company, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their office in Potomac, MD. About You:A Bachelor?s degree is preferred.1+ years of commercial real estate experience is preferred.Excellent customer service, attention-to-detail and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of accounting software.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The Job:Provide support to Property Managers.Assist with annual management plan and budgets.Coordinate marketing and leasing activities, handle lease compliance and collections, conduct building tours.Negotiate with, supervise, and resolve issues with vendors.Respond to tenants and inquiries and coordinate/assist with move in/move out process.Complete additional duties as assigned.This is a long term temporary position that pays $18-$19/hour, but has the potential to convert to a permanent salary of $50K-55K.
