ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service customers at the sales desk.
Answer incoming calls.
Use "CAD" design equipment to layout decks and ceiling projects.
Maintain a level of product knowledge through participation in training sessions and ongoing review of product literature/labels.
Create standard orders for material to be delivered or for items not in stock.
Help customers with estimates and quotes.
Complete cash or charge returns.
Assist with daily close-out of cash box.
Assist customers with complaints or merchandising problems.
Knowledge of building materials is a plus!!
