Family owned landscaping company seeking a reliable Landscape Crew Leader to manage a small crew for residential and commercial accounts. The candidate must have prior professional landscaping experience, supervisory experience preferred. This is a working position, therefore the candidate must be knowledgeable of various equipment, landscape techniques, have the ability to lift up to 75lbs and work along with their crew. A valid driver's license is required with the ability to routinely get to the job site.
The position is full time however hours will fluctuate due to the weather and business demands, therefore some weekends may be required. Part time winter hours will be available for snow removal and other various jobs. There are no medical benefits with this position, however the company provides paid major holidays. Reference checks will be required upon interview to verify solid work history.
