We are looking for a general contractor / handyman who can do various rehab and repair work on our portfolio of properties. Required skills are the ability to perform the following.
- Painting (indoor and outdoor)
- Flooring (mostly hard wood and tong and groove laminate / vinyl
- Drywall
- Journeyman Carpentry
- Basic electrical
- Basic Plumbing
- If you are able to do the following is a big plus
- HVAC
- Journeyman Electrical
- Journeyman Plumbing
- Roofing
- Cement
- Masonry
Please respond with the following.
-Years of experience and your skill level in the various areas listed above on a 1-10 rating. We value honesty above all else so please be accurate with your self evaluation.
-If you have to tools for those areas of work.
-You're requested hourly rate.
-If you have your own transportation and what type.
-If you have helpers that you can bring to larger jobs (note you will be responsible for paying any help).
We work in the following manner typically. We provide a scope of the job that needs to be completed. You will provide me with a line item bid for the job. We provide pay for materials. You will be expected to work on all jobs and be on site when any work is being done. We will pay based on agreed completion of job components after inspection and furnishing of invoice.
