Job Description: To manage the construction and delivery of residential and commercial pools, that are built adhering to established plans, specifications, and quality standards at or below budgeted cost, on or prior to scheduled delivery dates, while maintaining a superior level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages construction for multiple sites with 2-3 projects under construction at a time

• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness

• Develop and communicate construction schedule to sub-contractors

• Obtain all governmental and local jurisdiction required inspections

• Provide training to laborers and leads, to develop and foster career advancement

• Develop accurate daily reporting for work in progress

• Review and approve site area figures

• Ensure that sub-contractor work quality and performance adhere to Company policies

• Establish and maintain construction site budgets with project manager; ensure budget compliance

• Conduct pre-construction meeting with homeowners to review contract, options, schedule, etc.

• Develop and maintain positive relationship with Customer Service to resolve issues

• Conduct weekly production meetings with management and with crews

• Conduct 90-day and annual reviews of laborers and leads

Job Requirements: Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to read and fully comprehend construction blueprints specifications and development plans

• Ability to quickly and efficiently learn and operate company database; complete daily paperwork within database

• Strong computer aptitude to include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel with preferred knowledge in Microsoft

• Ability to work Monday - Saturday, sun-up to sun-down if needed

Education and Work Experience

• 2-4 years' experience in the construction industry as a project manager or superintendent

• High School graduate or GED equivalent

• Prior experience in supervising or assisting new home construction projects preferred

Job Type:Full-Time; Minimum 42 weeks per year
