Kforce has a client in Woodlawn, Maryland (MD) seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.Responsibilities:
Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with all project stakeholders
Work with internal project team to break down requirements into functional requirements
Document formalized requirements and user acceptance criteria
Work with solution architect and developers to ensure the designed solution meets all requirements
Work with test lead to create and validate test cases and scenarios
Assist the Project Manager in activities such as communication management, change management, and risk management
Coordinates software testing and performs testing if necessary
Monitors the day-to-day tasks of other BAs on the team and mentors them as needed
Bachelor's in computer science and 10 years of work experience or Master's in Computer Science and 8 years of work experience
Federal contracting and/or Health IT experience is a plus
Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders to identify and document requirements
Ability to break-down high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements
Experience with working in an agile development environment
Excellent written and verbal communication; great team player
