Job Description:
Work with the technical leaders in order to document business / technical requirements for current and future projects.
Create workflow diagrams outlining the work, dependencies, etc
Work with the Agile leads to document the requirements for Sprints and Stories.
Work with the developers in order to make sure that they understand the business requirements as they develop their product.
Work with the testers to make sure that they understand the business requirements as they prepare and execute their test plans.
Lead business requirements discussions with leaders from the SSA.
Utilize project management frameworks as appropriate.
Work with all parties, technical and business leaders, to elicit the business needs of the customer to help implement solutions to complex business problems.
Act as the primary liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams. Responsible for development of the requirements and requirements management.
Required Skills:
Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.
Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Exposure to writing Technical White Papers and systems design documents.
Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
Strong experience with ALM to manage requirements.
Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and proficient in agile and agile methodologies
Desired Skills:
Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
Familiarity with project management frameworks.
Previous experience with Social Security Administration.
Agile certification is desired.
Experience with Automation testing tools is desired.
