Position: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Andover, MA
Duration: 6 months
Experience and skills:
• Very Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP, 7, 10) for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Very Strong client interaction skills
• Knowledge of workstation networking for workstations deployment and instrument configuration
• Ability to work with Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Visio
• Ability to collaborative work with instrument vendors to resolve issues quickly
• Lab instruments experience is a plus
