Description
Robert Half Technology, partnering with a rapidly expanding company in the Healthcare/NHS industry, is looking for someone to support local and field users as a Help Desk Analyst. As a Help Desk Analyst, you must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. Located in Beverly, Massachusetts, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
- Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- IT support ticketing system experience desired
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong familiarity with Group Policy
- Expertise in Active Directory
