An eLearning company based in Billerica is currently hiring a junior or mid level Help Desk Support Specialist. This company was rated one of the top 50 places to work in the Boston area and are very successful, used by over 8 million Kindergarten thru 8th grade students in the United States.

You'll be mostly responsible for setting up new workstations and sending out hardware to remote hires and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal staff. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great, stable company and a great group of people.
Required Skills & Experience

• Great communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• PC/Mac skills
• Detail oriented and can follow procedures
• Must have own transportation

Desired Skills & Experience

• Basic Active Directory/Exchange/SQL
• 0365 a big plus
• Experience with KACE or other ticketing systems
