This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a starting salary of $125,000 - $140,000 , an annual bonus program, and a comprehensive benefits package. Out great partner needs just that: a strategic business partner to lead the way in coaching and direction to employees as a leading voice of HR in the office.Please note: much more comprehensive job description will be available ASAP to interviewed candidates.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage overall talent acquisition strategy and execution including guidance and support for internal and external talent acquisition and support staff Select and manage external recruitment vendor relationships including negotiation and approval of contracts and managing recruitment subscriptions and tools used to support talent acquisition processes Manage internal on-boarding processes in collaboration with IT, Finance, Facilities, Safety, Quality, and Export Compliance while overseeing and conducting new hire orientation Manage hiring of co-op hiring by conducting job fairs, arranging payroll with third-party vendors, offer letters, background screenings, work authorization, and other processes Responsible for strategic HR initiatives, and KPIs to support overall business objectives. Determine best methods to accomplish overall objectives, detail tasks and timelines, and measure results Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees by supporting managers and employees with goal setting, providing performance feedback, coordinating performance improvement plans, and individual development planning activities and resourcesSkills and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred plus 10 + years HR experience – MBA strongly preferred HR certifications a plus (SHRM, PHR, etc) Demonstrated experience / expertise with HRIS systemsApply today or contact Mark Tower with your resume at Mark.Tower@KellyServices.com for consideration.
