We are looking for experienced person with great knowledge of managing commercial real estate properties. This person needs to have at least 5 years experience and knowledge of writing and reviewing leases, collection experience, and able to develop spread sheet, pay vendors, do triple net and Cam costs and provide weekly reporting. This position is roughly 15 -20 hours a week.
