We are looking for a reliable and precise professional to add to our accounts payable team. The accounts payable specialist will maintain current accounts and assist in invoicing functions. Ideal candidate would possess strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Monitor all vendor payment agreements
-Enter invoices into QuickBooks
-Follow up on vendor questions
-Write checks weekly
Qualifications and Skills:
-Previous accounts payable experience is preferred
- Ability to use Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to details
-Strong organizational ability
-Great communication skills
