Position Title: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
30 hrs. to 40 (to start)
Well-established and professional relocation company new to the area looking to streamline workflow. Growing company with room for advancement. Positive and high energy work environment. Need someone who is a self-starter, problem solver and uses their resources to get things done. Quick Books certification is a MUST, some sales and marketing knowledge would be helpful. This position is not cookie cutter and will evolve with the right person in place.
This position will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. Experience as a bookkeeper and certification in Quick Books is needed. Organized and self-sufficient individual. That can handle many tasks at once. Someone who is excellent at creating new processes to streamline the current workflow would also be helpful.
Responsibilities:
Record day to day financial transactions
Monitor financial transactions and reports
Process accounts receivable and payable
Reconciling bank statements
At least two years bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Daily administrative work in Microsoft applications (excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
