Your Responsibilities

As a result of company growth, we are seeking a Property Accountant to join a department of 19 talented and skilled accounting and finance professionals. Responsibilities include:

Daily Cash Management.

Monthly Bank reconciliation.

Weekly Vendor payment selection.

Monthly Escrow maintenance.

Preparing and posting of G/L entries.

Processing monthly real estate tax payments.

Completion of year-end work papers.

Producing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in subsidized real estate accounting. However, will train recent accounting major graduate. Must have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to meet deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Yardi experience is a plus.
