Our office team in Cambridge, MA is looking to fill a Customer Service Support position for full-time, long-term work to start this week. We are looking to hire immediately and provide full and comprehensive training, so no previous customer service experience is necessary, but beneficial for those looking to move up quickly in the ranks of our company. We are looking to add to our customer service representative teams to ensure the quality of our services is the best.
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Process customer applications
- Verify account holder's information
- Process updates and changes to accounts
- Answer all of the customer's questions to secure that all customers are educated and satisfied with our services.
The Ideal Candidate should be:
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the US
- Excellent in communicating with others
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Available to work below hours
