We are currently looking to fill multiple customer service rep positions that will be starting out remote (due to COVID-19). If you are great at connecting with customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are looking to get to work ASAP, please apply NOW!

Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers via phone, email and chat while documenting all activity.

Assist customers by answering product and service questions; understand internal company resources to redirect and assist customers.

Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer questions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related general administrative tasks.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of Customer Service or applicable experience (i.e. retail services, hospitality).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail required. Committed to meeting quality standards.

Must be a team player and enjoy working with others.

Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information and understands how to build rapport.
