Job Details

The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of design, and
planning of projects; acts as Lead Engineer on projects; represents firm in
meetings; manages team of designers and drafters; may act as Project Manager
on selected projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Engineer on projects.
• Responsible for the design and production of normal and emergency

power, lighting, and fire alarm systems, and review of narratives,
drawings and specifications for all assigned projects.

• Construction Administration duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years electrical design experience.
• BSEE, BSEET
• PE is preferred, not required
• Possess a strong technical background, and strong knowledge of

electrical systems including lighting, fire alarm, power distribution, for
various institutional, medical, laboratory, commercial, public buildings
such as healthcare, biotech, higher education, office, and large mixed-use
residential buildings and hotels.

• Full knowledge and understanding of state building codes, energy codes

and NFPA codes.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and

clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
