Seeking a Junior-mid level CloudOps Engineer.

Our client is a well-capitalized and early stage company focused on solving interesting problems in the healthcare administrative and clinical space. The company was formed by the Physicians Organization to help commercialize and build upon internally developed, and highly utilized AI-based applications.



location: Boston, Massachusetts

job type: Permanent

salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:



  • Experience with AD, File share access provisioning
  • Experience supporting Microsoft OS-Win 7, Win 10
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office apps-Office 365, Teams
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Mimecast
  • Experience supporting Adobe
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Ability to support users on the phone as well as in person
  • Knowledge of Imaging computers
  • Knowledge of Citrix, VPN, Mobilepass, Intune
  • Support of mobile devices, Iphone, Ipad
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, hardware
  • Experience in the use of Intune, Azure
  • Webex, Zoom support experience
  • Laptop (Dell) hardware support
  • Other responsibilities as needed
