Hawkins Point Partners has an immediate need on its Boston, Massachusetts team for a Senior Project/Program Manager with experience supporting drug clinical development technology systems. This person would have ten years of life sciences experience along with (CMC)-chemical manufacturing control applications. The ideal candidate would have early stage biotech experience supporting drug research and early stage clinical (Phase I). Familiarity supporting biologists along with technology development teams is a must. This person would be reporting to executive level resources-including the Head of Research and the company Chief Medical Officer. Ideally, this person would develop and execute a mission critical IND strategy-Investigational new drug to facilitate a component of the FDA approval process. Experience supporting human clinical trial (safety and efficacy) is a core skill to this position.RequirementsPosition Requirements:
Ten years of life sciences experience along with expertise supporting (CMC)-chemical manufacturing control applications.
Project Management experience supporting human clinical trial (safety and efficacy).
Early stage biotech experience supporting drug research and early stage clinical (Phase I).
Able to develop and execute IND strategy-Investigational new drug to facilitate FDA drug approval.
Full project life cycle experience along with familiarity supporting biologists and technology development teams.
C-level interface skills-reporting to Head of Research and company Chief Medical Officer.
Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in a related discipline. PMP certification is a plus.
