You will be providing customer service for MassHealth members and providers.Working for us you get amazing benefits including forty hours of sick time available to you after 90 days of employment, and health insurance. We pay you on a weekly basis. You have the opportunity to become a permanent employee after a few weeks of employment with the possibility of a salary increase based on your performance.Schedule:1st shift 8:30am - 5:00pm1st Shift 8am - 4:30pmPay Rate$13.25 (Non-Bilingual Candidates) Increase after 8 weeks $14$14.25 (Bilingual Candidates) Increase after 8 weeks $15Responsibilities:
Responding to a high-volume of incoming calls
Provide members with all current MCO options to promote member choice
Document and tracks all member contacts and activities
Participate in setting and meeting department goals and meet individual standards
Skills:
