FULL REMOTE Role, Boston, MA based startup Bivium is working directly with the FOUNDER & CEO. 5 person profitable startup whose business has EXPLODED due to covid, and has an A-round lined up, is looking to add a new Full Stack JavaScript developer - react, node - this is more like a "Founding Engineer" These guys have years of runway already BEFORE the A-round
Full stack - All new code base in node and react – looking for a long-term hire, will really be brought into the core company – just need GOOD Javascript – the right mentality is someone who can “get stuff done” – like self-directed “You figure out what you need to do” and learn it - for example - part of the server of the product is in WebRTC - the right person would be excited to learn something about that. Salary budgeted from 100k to 180k – it really depends on the candidate – can hire very senior or more mid-level – also offer equity and unlimited PTO. KEY is Good engineer AND good person
