We are looking for a person with following key skills on Azure (Don’t go with people who are AWS P heavy in their profiles). Also ignore people who says that they are working mostly in release management work or application development side on Azure.

• Understand and setup various components of Cloud environment like Virtual Networks, domain controller, DNS, VPN Gateways, Express Route Gateways etc. themselves and have strong cloud infrastructure management skills
• Know how to apply with Azure security recommendations
• Know various monitoring and maintenance best practices
• Understand Disaster Recover(DR) process in Azure and have implemented it
• Have ability to manage site to site , Point to Site & express route connections for local and on-premise connectivity
• Have ability to analyze and troubleshoot azure infrastructure issues/incident and able to determine root causes
• Have ability to Install and maintain OS, application servers, web servers, content server components along with it , he/she should be able to prepare and present the detailed documentation describing implementation and operational procedures
• Have strong Powershell scripting experience

Required:

• Have experience of 6 to 10 years.
• Have good communication skills. Can lead client and other stakeholders(Microsoft, third parties etc.) meeting independently.
• Have good exposure of cloud environment infrastructure and have ability to set up and manage complex environment on Azure.
• Have good exposure of creation of Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, Express Route Gateways etc. Azure.
• Have ability to restructure networking resources as per the requirement
• Have ability to manage site to site , Point to Site & express route connections for local and on-premise connectivity
• Have ability to support DR capabilities for Networking components (Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, Public IP's, Interface cards)
• Have ability to analyze and troubleshoot azure infrastructure issues/incident and able to determine root causes
• Have ability to Install and maintain OS, application servers, web servers, content server components along with it , he/she should be able to prepare and present the detailed documentation describing implementation and operational procedures
• Have good exposure of ITIL processes
• Have exposure to tools like Jira, confluence etc.
• Should be ready to work in evening or early morning shifts and on weekends as and when required.
