Our Client is looking for a Sales Management candidate who wants to be part of our growing team committed to helping and transforming small businesses growth. You will be the backbone of assisting us to build and develop our Boston-based Inside Sales team. We are looking for candidates who have a brilliant record of success in building strong sales and service-oriented teams.

This leadership position will plan and manage sales leads, opportunities, and best practices for closing business. This position will require you to build and grow a department through mentorship, measuring of metrics, and delivering closed business. If you have a proven track record in a growing environment, we want to meet you. This position will be based in our Boston HQ.

About this role:

  • Mentor, manage and develop the inside sales representatives team
  • Cultivate, build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Create and prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Learn the system and become a product expert
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement


Do you have the right ingredients?

  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager with excellent track record of meeting targets
  • Hands-on experience with complex software, data and Excel
  • Experience managing a fast paced, transactional sales team
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Optimize sales performance for the team using a data and metrics driven approach
  • Verifiable sales management experience developing sales staff, helping to prospect, qualify, and closing new business
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
