We're looking for a talented IT Business Analyst for our industry-leading client in Boston. You will evaluate information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of business needs and requests, then translate them into requirements for platform and integration functionality.

Requirements of the IT Business Analyst:
  • At least 5 years of experience with:
    • Analysis with CMDB & ITAM for development/configuration within ServiceNow platform
    • Agile framework and Scrum
    • Requirement gathering through interviews, document analysis, surveys, use cases, etc.
    • Test case/acceptance criteria development
    • ITIL Service Management best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill with the ability to communicate what and why
