RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client and they are excited to partner with a high-growth technology firm seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Boston, MA with the option to work remotely. In this key role, you will be a true creator who'll design and develop complex, large-scale software systems that positively impact the lives of people around the world.
Responsibilities include:
Architecting, designing, and developing complex, large-scale software systems
Building consensus around architectural decisions to provide stable and secure products that can scale
Hybrid cloud implementation
Driving best practices and engineering excellence
Working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software
Solving unique technical problems in a collaborative environment
Leading and mentoring a talented engineering team
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Python, Java, C, or related programming language
Strong knowledge of statistics and data analytics (Data Science, Machine Learning preferred)
Software design and architecture skills
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or related cloud technology
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database technology
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
