Work with users to configure to their individual specifications
. Hand off laptop to the user
Retrieve all old equipment that will no longer be needed. (desktop, laptop, printer, etc)
Work to clean up floors/suites of IT equipment for furniture replacement (remodel) once remodel is complete deploy equipment back to areas to suit the new purpose of that area (dedicated spaces and hoteling spaces)
Configure printers for new locations
Coordinate surplus /disposal of all returned equipment
Must be proficient in Windows 10, Office 365 and AD Group policies
Technician is given instructions for work to be completed
if asked to work outside normal tasks technician will wait until approval is given by the Project Manager
Standard background check and drug screening will be required.
