Acceptance Criteria

  • Image Laptops with the latest corporate image
  • Work with users to configure to their individual specifications
  • . Hand off laptop to the user
  • Retrieve all old equipment that will no longer be needed. (desktop, laptop, printer, etc)
  • Work to clean up floors/suites of IT equipment for furniture replacement (remodel) once remodel is complete deploy equipment back to areas to suit the new purpose of that area (dedicated spaces and hoteling spaces)
  • Configure printers for new locations
  • Coordinate surplus /disposal of all returned equipment
  • Must be proficient in Windows 10, Office 365 and AD Group policies
  • Technician is given instructions for work to be completed
  • if asked to work outside normal tasks technician will wait until approval is given by the Project Manager
  • Standard background check and drug screening will be required.
