The Manager of People Operations is responsible for being the main point of contact for the entire recruitment process from client onboarding, sourcing, data management, job order delivery, and apps & integrations reporting to the Founder of IT Pros.Responsibilities:Client Onboarding: Company + Job Order Intake, Internal Team Collaboration + Assignments, Job Ad Creation, and Client + Job Order DocumentationSourcing: Directing + Overseeing the sourcing of target companies + employees (including former employees)Data Management: Ensuring Production + Quality Standards are metJob Order Delivery: Ensuring a Superior Quality Service to Both Client + Candidate Prospects that produces successful hires + client + candidate success storiesApps & Integrations: Ensure the Apps IT Pros uses and/or select Integrate well to Meet Production + Quality Standards, Continuous Manual Task Automation, Demo/Test new Apps + Tools based on Company Standards
