If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM Global Business Services (GBS) is hiring Senior (Sr.) Managing Consultant with subject matter expertise in Data Privacy, Governance and Protection. You will be managing large, complex data privacy and governance solution implementations from beginning to end. In this dynamic role, you are the 'face' of the project, teaming with colleagues at every turn and providing timely project updates to the client.You will be responsible for:

Using in-depth consulting skills aligned to business objectives around privacy, compliance and consumer trust, you will help identify and implement processes and tools to help clients with their privacy readiness agenda.

Managing internal and external privacy track/workstreams and vendor teams through all phases of the technology development life cycle

Working across design, development and test teams to ensure solution aligns with architecture, and all system integration points meet approved legislative requirements

Facilitating client discussions across LoBs, Legal, Risk and Information office teams to gather underlying privacy legal, implementation and operational requirements. Documents key deliverables and success outcomes associated with the overall strategy and delivery phases of large-scale data privacy programs.

Ability to get “hands dirty” to help deliver first of a kind solution or to deliver POCs to help deliver value to our clients

Lead and mentor junior resources in both career and technical development

#GBSCPT911Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 3 years in leading solution/application development across PoC, Production deployments for data initiatives

At least 3 years of experience leading software development teams

At least 3 years of experience in working with client data Architects and Architecture Review boards

Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and coaching agile software development teams

Experience leading a DevOps or DevSecOps release processes

Experience with cloud environments e.g. AWS, RedHat, Azure or IBM cloud

Experience with Privacy Tools e.g. IBM Guardiam, OneTrust, BigID

Experience with Data Governance processes and/or tool

Worked in Projects that involved data extraction with various database such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, DB2, Postgres, etc.

Experience with Cloud environments Kubernetes and Docker containerized environments

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 5 years’ experience in negotiating and selling consulting projects

At least 5 years’ experience in formal project management methodology

Business degree or equivalent Project/Program Management experience

Scrum/PMP certification or equivalent Degree

Certified on AWS, RedHat, Azure, GCP or IBM Cloud solutions

Certified on IAPP and/or Privacy Tools e.g. OneTrust, BigID

Experience with Implementing GDPR or CCPA

Experience with Automation tolls like Atlassian tools stack or IBM automation tools

At least 3 Years of Experience managing and coaching agile teams
