Job Description:The Marketing Product Manager II will support the development and execution of online marketing programs for the mortgage purchase business. Responsible for program management, manages relationships with agencies, Segment Marketing, and channel managers. Owns budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Qualifications/Desired Skills:
BS/BA required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an e-business or Digital Marketing capacity
Self-motivated with strong business acumen and analytical skills to help influence business strategy by leveraging data-driven insights
Working knowledge of data platforms, tagging, and ad-serving across 1st and 3P spaces
Have passion and working knowledge oftechnology and digital channels to drive outstanding customer experiences
Must demonstrate an understanding of fundamental digital disciplines including CMS, analytics, and testing across multiple environments
Have the ability to troubleshoot as issues arise, devise recommendations and influence outcomes
Candidate should be able to work well independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments
Poses strong communication skills with the ability to understand and present complex concepts in clear language
Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel expertise
MBA preferred, but not required
Familiarity with pivots and advanced data analytics features a plus
Experience with Adobe products a significant plus
